Who We Are

Tennxt is a team of engineers who work where software meets operational technology — the gatehouse, the plant floor, the warehouse, the dispatch, the ward. We compose the systems that connect them into one operational record.

We are not a software vendor. We are not a systems integrator. We are the engineering team enterprises call when the consequence of getting the integration wrong is measured in downtime, audit findings, or missed commitments.

Why Tennxt Exists

Modern enterprises lose millions not from a lack of technology but from a lack of integration.

Software, equipment, people, and operations rarely work together. Each layer has its own data, its own vendor, its own rules and the cost of that fragmentation shows up in downtime, audit findings, missed SLAs, and operational risk that nobody is accountable for.

These are not services. They are positions. Every Tennxt engagement is run against them — and we expect to be held to them.

    Software + OT, composed as one system.

    We work where software meets operational technology — PLCs, scanners, ANPR cameras, vision systems, mobile computers, MES, SCADA. The integration is the product. Most vendors ship one half and call the other an integration project. We treat both halves as the same engineering problem.

    Operations backwards, not software forwards.

    We start at the operation — the gatehouse, the line, the dispatch, the ward — and ask what would have to be true for it to work. The software is a consequence of the answer. The opposite of how most software is sold.

    Discovery before code.

    Every engagement starts with Discovery: walking the site, talking to the operators, mapping the data, and stress-testing the operational brief. Code comes after the brief is honest. This is the difference between a deployment and a project.

    Governance is engineered, not appended.

    Governance, security, and compliance are first-class engineering concerns — wired into the platform from the first commit, not bolted on at audit. The same platform that runs the operation should be the platform that proves it ran correctly.

    Engineering depth beats feature count.

    We'd rather ship a smaller platform that holds up at 3am than a larger one that doesn't. A defensible core is worth more than an impressive roadmap. The Tennxt Core Engine is the result of that discipline.

    We let the engineering set the marketing. Every claim we publish is something the platform has already done in production. We don't sell what we haven't built.

    Long-term relationships, not transactional deals.

    We engineer for the second and third engagement on the same site, not for the signature. The contracts that compound come from operators who call us when something else is on fire.

    Honest advice, even when it costs the deal.

    If a site doesn't need the full platform, we say so. If the right answer is a smaller scope, we scope it smaller. The trust we keep is worth more than the revenue we don't.

    Every product is composed from the Tennxt Core Engine — which is why each new site ships 70–80% faster than the last. The cost of complexity is paid once; the value of reuse is paid out forever.

    The Bridge goes into production.

    The flagship platform goes into production at a named multinational site, with auditable gate, yard, and dock state. The first reference deployment for the rest of the family.
