Founder & CEO
Joshua Otomo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tennxt. He founded the company on a single conviction: that operational technology should be engineered with the same discipline, accountability, and long-term thinking as the infrastructure it powers.
Today, he leads Tennxt as an engineering-led enterprise systems integrator, designing and delivering software, industrial automation, intelligent infrastructure, and connected platforms for organizations across manufacturing, logistics, government, energy, and security.
His leadership is guided by three core principles. First, technology must solve operational problems—not create new ones. Second, accountability cannot be distributed across multiple vendors; there should be a single point of responsibility from solution design through deployment and long-term support. Third, strategic partnerships with global technology providers enable customers to benefit from best-in-class technologies without assuming the complexity and risk of integration.
Joshua continues to lead Tennxt's engineering strategy, technology partnerships, and enterprise delivery model, with a long-term vision of building an institution recognized for engineering excellence, trusted partnerships, and the successful delivery of mission-critical systems.
