Free Operations Audit for Nigerian Industry — 24 Aug – 31 Dec 2026.
Your operation may be losing time, money or material in places you cannot currently see.
Tennxt will come to your site, examine one operational process with the people who run it, and provide a written findings report identifying where inefficiencies exist, what can be measured, and what should change.
No cost. No obligation. No sales presentation.
Most operations do not fail because people are not working hard enough. They fail because nobody can see what is actually happening in time to act on it.
One senior engineer. One process. One honest report.
A senior Tennxt engineer comes to your site and walks one operational process from beginning to end with the people who run it day to day. We then report back on exactly what we found, in writing, and it's yours to keep.
Registered Nigerian businesses in four sectors
Available to registered businesses in Nigeria operating a manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, healthcare or agro-processing facility.
One process or operational area, agreed in advance
The audit covers a single process or operational area that we agree with you before the visit, for example, dispatch dock turnaround, production line changeovers, cold-chain handling, or gate-to-yard vehicle flow. It is delivered on a single site visit within Lagos and Ogun States; sites outside this area may be accommodated subject to scheduling and travel arrangements agreed beforehand.
A written findings report, yours to keep
- Where your operation is losing time, money or material
- Which of those losses you can currently measure, and which are invisible
- What would need to change, and in what order
- An honest view on whether technology is the right answer at all
Sometimes the honest answer is: you don't need a system
Sometimes we conclude that a business does not need a system. We say so. It costs us nothing to be the people who told you the truth.
- No cost, at any stage of the audit
- No obligation to purchase or engage Tennxt afterward
- No sales presentation at the end
- Not a full-facility audit: the audit covers one process or operational area agreed in advance
- Not a guaranteed system recommendation: if we conclude a business does not need a system, we say so
